As a global human resources leader, Meenakshi Priyam has experience across multiple geographies and industries and now serves as Executive Vice President-Human Resources at GlaxoSmithKline (India and South East Asia). She has spent a significant part of her career and the last 11 years in the healthcare sector with Johnson & Johnson and latterly with Novartis since the end September 2013 where she was Head of Human Resources for the India business and also more recently on a global assignment in Basel, Switzerland as Head of Human Resources, Global Product Strategy; Commercialisation & Global Functions.
